When Will I Receive My Order?

Due to the "Stay at Home" executive order now in effect for us in the State of California, please be advised that all orders placed today will be shipped once the restrictions are lifted and we are allowed to reopen.


Additionally, we will not be processing any Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges until the order is lifted.

COVID-19 - Shipping Delays

The safety and health of our employees and customers is our top priority.

BandMerch is closely monitoring and implementing protocols issued by local and state officials to ensure we do our part in preventing the spread of the virus.
 
As of midnight PST on March 20th, government officials for the State of California executed a "Stay at Home" executive order. This order includes a requirement that all 'non-essential' businesses cease operations, so we must pause all shipments, exchanges, cancellations, and returns until the order is lifted.

We are continuing to monitor announcements from our local and state officials and will update this page with any new developments that impact our ability to ship out orders.
 
Customers are welcome to place new orders, however, please note we cannot ship any products until we are permitted to return to normal operations. Rest assured that once we receive the authorization, we will begin processing your order and send you a shipment notification as usual.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (24-72 hours). The number of delivery days indicated by shipping estimates is the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier and does not include processing time at our fulfillment center.


Pre-sale orders begin processing as soon as item(s) are in stock. Occasionally, pre-sale items are delayed due to logistic issues. We make every reasonable attempt to notify customers of delays on site and via email.


Certain items (which require special preparation for shipment, such as fine art pieces) may require a longer processing time. In these cases, exceptions are noted on product description pages.
