What Is Your International Shipping Policy?

Our International customers are very important to us and we are proud to be serving customers worldwide to countries that our shipping providers service.

Please note that we do not offer service to the following countries:   

Armenia, Aruba, Bangladesh, Barbados, Bermuda, Burma, Cambodia, China, Colombia, Comoros, Cuba, Côte d'Ivoire, Falkland Islands (Malvinas), Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Israel, Jordan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Nigeria, Niue, North Korea, Pakistan, Saint Kitts And Nevis, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sao Tome and Principe, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Somalia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, Vietnam, and Virgin Islands. Specific shipping rules vary by store. 

International orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 24-72 hours (1-3 business days). Once shipped, the international order is governed by the selected shipper’s rules within each global territory.

Duties and Taxes for International Orders

Bandmerch is not responsible for delays at customs or for products confiscated by the legal authorities of your country. Customer is responsible for international duties, customs fees and VAT taxes.

We advise you to check your local customs office regarding import laws in advance, before ordering, if you suspect that your country may ban or charge additional fees for the import of any products. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any International orders that are refused upon delivery. 

Please note that oversized items may be restricted to delivery to the Continental US only due to International carrier restrictions.
